Any loose, peeling, or failing paint gets removed. We do not paint over problems — we fix them.

Cracks in stucco, gaps in siding, and holes in wood, all addressed. Caulking around windows, doors, and trim seals out moisture.

Primer is not optional. It bonds to the prepared surface and gives your topcoat something real to hold onto. This is where many painting contractors cut corners. We do not.

Always. We cover and protect plants, shrubs, and hardscaping before any spray or roller work begins. We also use drop cloths to protect surrounding surfaces and trench approximately 12 inches around the foundation when needed to ensure complete coverage and a clean, finished appearance at ground level.

We treat mildew, mold, and algae before painting begins. After applying a bleach-based treatment to eradicate organic growth, we thoroughly power wash the surface to remove remaining contaminants and create a clean foundation for proper paint adhesion.
